Yeah. You might say it's been a while since I've last been on here as I've had little time to get on DA like I used to.

Anyways, Phyersoft, the game dev that I'm graphics lead on, is looking for a few good dedicated people who would like to join up with our team. More information about our dev team can be read below:

PhyerNet Task Group

Project name:
There is no set project name at this time.

Brief description:
Overall, any person that joins will be working with the HTML side of the web service.
The job of this group is to design, create & maintain web pages or scripts for PhyerNet. And possibly for any clients we are hosting.

Target aim:
Target aim is to help develop websites & web scripts for PhyerNet.

Compensation:
At the moment. The job is non-paying until the service launches. But the plan is to offer a
percentage of potential revenue to all PTG members. As well as bonuses for working on any
sites built for hosted clients.

Technology:
The server itself runs on Linux. Those that work under the PTG will be be finding themselves working with HTML, PERL, flat file databases, JAVA & javascript. There is a possibility that PHP, Flash & Ajax might be brought into the picture later on.

Talent needed:
Looking for individuals with experience in: HTML, PHP, PERL, JAVA and javascript. Light
experience with databases(flat file most likely*) and Flash is a plus. But not necessary
at this point.

Team structure:
Mike Poole(Phyerboss):
Owner, servermaster & marketing guy for PhyerNet. I wear a few more hats. But as far as
this post goes. I'll keep it short. Pretty much, Im the one that built, physically owns and
maintains the hardware & connection.

Kyle Hunter(lynxfoxx):
Current member & lead over the PTG. Kyle has Light exp with java, XML, HTML, SHTML, DHTML,
& PHP. He also has Experience with VB, C & Delphi.

So far the current(and only*) member of the PTG is working on the current front page. Its
not quite finished. But, its a start compared to how it was before.

Additional Info:
PhyerNet is a hosting service/community for the "creative minded". What we term as "creative minds" are individuals that are into a creative craft. Such as illustration, painting, music & sound production. Writing, photography and even coding(Yes, we deem html & application programming a "creative process").

PhyerNet's sole purpose is to offer these creative folks on the net a centralized "hub" where they can showcase their wares. And interact with other users. The idea of such a
place is to help promote healthy networking skills & spark up the potential for
collaborative efforts.
